• “Services” refers to the logistics, delivery, warehousing, and other related solutions provided by ITUT Express Group LLC.

• “Shipment” refers to the items, packages, or goods being transported by the Company.

Use of Services

Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Compliance: The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our services.

Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited from shipment:

• Hazardous materials or substances.

• Illegal goods or contraband.

• Perishable items without prior agreement.

• High-value goods exceeding our liability limits, unless specifically insured.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the Company issues a written confirmation.

Payment Terms: All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

Delivery and Liability

Delivery Times: The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but does not guarantee delivery times unless explicitly agreed upon.

Liability Limits: The Company’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount specified under applicable laws, whichever is lower. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value goods.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Customer Obligations

Accurate Information: The Customer must provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and value. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Proper Packaging: The Customer is responsible for ensuring shipments are securely and properly packaged to withstand transportation.

Inspection Rights: The Company reserves the right to inspect shipments to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Notification of Claims: All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date.

Resolution Process: The Company will investigate claims promptly and work toward a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

Privacy Policy

The use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes through our website or other communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
